Our People

At Pivot, our political strategists draw on a century of political experience to spot the path to victory—even in rapidly changing terrain. Our design team creates a boldness in our mail that jumps out of crowded mailboxes. Our creativity speaks to people’s emotions and intelligence. And our targeting team are early pioneers of data analytics—we help clients navigate the marketplace to pinpoint the voters they need.

In keeping with our commitment to a healthy workplace, all full-time staff receive the following benefits:

Benefits

100% employer-paid premiums for health, dental, and vision insurance

Life Insurance

All staff are covered under Pivot’s Life Insurance, Long-term Disability, and Short-term Disability policies at no cost through Mutual of Omaha.

Retirement

Staff are eligible to participate Pivot’s retirement plan after 3 months of employment. This benefit is through Vanguard and includes a 5% match.

Accounts

Pivot offers two Flexible Spending Accounts administered by Flores.

Health

Pivot covers 100% of insurance premiums for all full-time staff and their eligible family members.

Employee Assistance

Free for all staff and their dependents, the EAP offers counselling services, legal assistance, and other resources to improve wellbeing.

Paid Leave

Permanent staff are eligible for Pivot’s Unlimited PTO policy. After 12 months of employment, staff are eligible for 12 weeks of paid parental leave.

Equipment

New hires receive equipment and other supplies to furnish their home office.

One Medical Membership

All staff and their dependents receive a free membership to One Medical, a primary care practice and telehealth provider.

Deskpass

All staff receive $200 in monthly credits to use towards Deskpass reservations.
